The app is utter garbage and they need to scrap the app; I have to restart my android app 2 to 3 times to get it to work. Always defaults to System not Found. It takes 6 seconds to adjust the volume to update, Can't play Get the Shot - dominant predation song from youtube music. Also when my phone screen times out and goes black and I open app again and nothing is loaded. Lately I found that my sonos is going into mute mode without my input. Android wigit is gone. Each time I open the app it makes me so disappointed. They try to solve the app issues by releasing headphones. Just look at the stock price since the release of the app in May.

I stumbled upon a Sonos Playbar in a thrift store I visit every weekend ......didn't know what it was,never heard of the name. Took a gamble on it for $69.99. Bought an optical cabl e for it(rocketfish) for $40 . Put both together--what incredible sound!!! So for $110-120 I have theatre-like sound . And the SPB is 11 yrs old!

OK I just moved all four of my Prime elevations above the front Left and Right and above the left and right rear channels. 7.2.4. Let me tell ya height channels is the way to go aim them fully at the MLP.

My LG qned86 has bad viewing angles as well, probably because it's Edge Lit

I just bought a Sonos beam gen 2 and mini sub yesterday and the Sonos app won't work. Keeps saying mini needs update but won't update just gives error 1000. So I have a sub and app I can't even use at all. I guess I should have went with the Bose system instead

Such a shame they’re so expensive. Sonos trying to put them up against AirPods Max, which is a huge miss.

I was on the verge of buying sonos. I'll keep an eye out on what the communities are saying and maybe buy later. But for now, i will stick with my wired basic speakers. Changing app layout and functionality to hardware that requires the app controls makes it feel like you're not really in control of your hardware.

Did anyone figure out how playlists made in the sonos app are shown? I can't find them at all. Thanks for any advice!

We all paid Sonos for their app as well as the physical hardware. A malfunctioning app is simply not good enough and asking customers to be patient, given the marketing of their "premium" product is simply not good enough. Demand a refund from Sonos and don't tolerate any more of their excuses!

I have two 55 inch tv's so technically I have 110 inches of screen.

I love the system but Sonos lost customer is me. The latest update was screwed me for a month now. I don’t recommend anyone surrendering me friends or family anymore.

Wd 40 worked for me but only the one that says that its made for electrical devices. (Excuse my bad english im german)

The only problem that I have ever had whit Sonos is when I tried to do the trueplay again after the last update and it wasn’t working but I tried a-few hours later and it works other than that no problems at all

Time for me to find a decent music system and dump my sonos rubbish....

I personally think that these speakers can handle everything. They get really loud if you push them.

The app is utterly appalling- Sonos shafted its loyal customers by releasing an untested app just so they could line their pockets for the ace headphone release Queue management is still a joke - no ability to delete tracks or move tracks about and worse still if you change the source to watch tv and then try to go back to the music queue it’s impossible Utterly farcical and whoever was responsible should be sacked The shareholders should kick out the entire board

I agree with you on the app update. i think giving people time to transition but I guess sonos never learns their lesson! I wish they released a beta instead of rushing the software out. It seems a lot of these developers would rather rush out a product then spend extra money beta testing too bad. On the headphone side, apple even has a heads phone for $450 so for Sonos to price their products as high as apple is a huge disappointment, i am 100% sure there are better products then their headphones.

Since the upload - looks like the new App update 80.03.06 (iOS) and 80.03.03 (Android) now adds: ▪️ Numbers to the volume slider ▪️ Mute button icon ▪️ Support for SonosNet channel selection ▪️ Stereo/mono configuration for Amp or Port Our collective voices are being heard! 💪 Please share your experience(s) or anything else we may have missed in the comments.

Biggest takeaway is the fact that you always need to click “Your System” to toggle between zones. Annoying!!

I have an old school pioneer 8 track player/receiver(“old school, duh) it’s below the new AVR I use to power the system for my desktop where the printer would go. It’s got the signal sweeps too. I turn it on when I am at my computer and there is not a single speaker hooked up to it because I like the way it looks and that’s perfectly fine. Stop second guessing yourself

Viewing angles? how are they

I just bought the OSD Trevoce 12" for $285 with the 5% off email code. Free Shipping was 2 days via UPS. I was about to buy the Definitive DN10 when it was $549 last month but price got jacked up to $800. The DN12 is the real sub at 65 Pounds while OSD is 43 Pounds. Also the Amplifier is way more power and quality with Definitive. But you want to pay $299 OR $1,200 is the question. The Trevoce 15's is $499 with 1,000 watts RMS and 98 pounds box. That's what i really wanted but i have next door neighbors.

Should I upgrade my Hisense 100 inch U8k to the u76?

What about clarity and trebles of sound. Folks usually talk about bass but the highs are also important. I bought the Prime Wireless Pro but I will be returning them due to the lack of trebles. When listening quietly you can hardly hear the cymbals which is a bit of a shame....bass is excellent in deed. Any recommendation what instead of them?
